Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to Keyword Radar, operated by Sparky Code, S.A.S. de C.V. We want you to be satisfied with our service. If it doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a fair and straightforward refund process as described below.
2. 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new paid subscriptions are covered by a 3-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Keyword Radar for any reason within the first 3 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund. This guarantee applies once per account and only to the first subscription purchase. Upgrades, renewals, and additional purchases are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle. You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods after cancellation.
4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions that are cancelled within the first 30 days are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused months remaining on the subscription. After 30 days, annual subscriptions can still be cancelled at any time, but no refund will be issued. Your access will continue until the end of the annual billing period.
5. Free Plan
The Free plan does not involve any payment and is therefore not subject to this Refund Policy. You may use or stop using the Free plan at any time without any financial obligation.
6. Service Credits
In the event of extended service outages or degraded performance lasting more than 24 consecutive hours, affected paid subscribers may be eligible for service credits applied to their next billing cycle. Service credits are issued at our discretion and do not constitute a cash refund.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@keywordradar.io with your account email and the reason for your request. Refund requests are typically reviewed and processed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
8. Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record
All payments for Keyword Radar are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, payment processing, tax compliance, and refund disbursement on our behalf. Refund requests should still be directed to us at support@keywordradar.io, and we will coordinate with Lemon Squeezy to process your refund.
9. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in cases of account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to abuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, or breach of acceptable use policies.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
