1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Keyword Radar ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Keyword Radar is a keyword monitoring platform that tracks mentions across social media, news, and developer platforms. We provide tools to create monitors, receive alerts, and analyze results. Features vary by subscription plan.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years of age to register. Provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service solely for legitimate brand, keyword, product, topic, and reputation monitoring purposes. You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) surveil, stalk, harass, or profile individuals; (c) monitor individuals without a lawful basis; (d) engage in spam, doxxing, or malicious activity; (e) attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service; (f) collect data about users of other platforms in violation of their terms of service; (g) re-sell, redistribute, or republish fetched content in bulk. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods unless required by law. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Sparky Code, S.A.S. de C.V. and its licensors. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
7. Third-Party Data
The Service aggregates publicly available data from third-party platforms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Keyword Radar is not affiliated with any of the monitored platforms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the Service is at your sole risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparky Code, S.A.S. de C.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of El Salvador, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
